Professional Experience
Ms. Witzling is a partner with the Litigation practice group in the Orange County office. Her practice embraces a range of complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. Among other things, Ms. Witzling has handled a number of consumer class-actions in the technology and financial services industries, involving product liability, unfair competition, misrepresentation, and regulatory claims. She has also been involved in various alternative dispute resolution procedures.
Prior to joining Manatt, Ms. Witzling was an associate with an international law firm where she was a member of their consumer class action and financial services practice groups.
