Professional Experience
Ms. Sheehan’s practice focuses on commercial litigation matters, with a significant portion of her practice devoted to copyright, trademark, advertising, contract and unfair competition law. Ms. Sheehan has represented individuals and corporations in the consumer products, entertainment, media, publishing, technology, pharmaceutical, sports, retail and financial services industries.
Prior to joining Manatt, Ms. Sheehan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Barrington Parker Jr., U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.
