    Andrew Detty is a senior analyst with Manatt Health Solutions (MHS), an interdisciplinary policy and business advisory division of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP.  He provides research, policy analysis, project support, and strategic business services to healthcare providers and other healthcare organizations.  Mr. Detty's primary areas of focus include advising public- and private-sector clients on federal-state collaborative health initiatives, public health insurance programs (Medicare, Medicaid, and CHIP), federal and state health policy trends, and healthcare provider markets.

    Prior to joining MHS, Mr. Detty was a research assistant for the United Hospital Fund, where he conducted research and prepared analyses on New York Medicaid policy and health coverage.  His work included analyses of new care delivery and financing models for high-cost, high-need Medicaid populations, as well as reporting on trends and geographic patterns in public and private insurance coverage.
