Professional Experience
Mr. Satenberg is partner in the Firm’s Employment and Labor practice group. His practice focuses on all aspects of employment law counseling and representation. He has particular experience in the areas of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act, the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, COBRA, the National Labor Relations Act, the Fair Employment and Housing Act, State Workers Compensation laws and the California Wage Orders.
Mr. Satenberg’s clients include companies of all sizes and a range of industries, from banking and health care to manufacturing and the service sector.
