Mr. Kassoy’s practice focuses on estate planning for high net worth individuals and families, creative and sophisticated income, gift and estate tax planning, charitable giving, charitable trusts and private foundations;  funding and administration of revocable and irrevocable trusts; probate administration and conservatorship matters.  He is also experienced in negotiation, structuring and documenting transactions for prominent music, motion picture and television industry clients.  His clients in the entertainment industry are primarily talent (actors, writers, directors, producers and singer/songwriters), boutique entertainment companies and executives in the industry.
