Professional Experience

Ms. Reagan is a partner in the Orange County office and a member of the Litigation practice group.  Her practice focuses on intellectual property matters, including trademark, copyright, domain name, and trade secret issues, as well as class actions, business torts, and other complex litigation matters.  In addition to litigation, Ms. Reagan regularly counsels clients regarding other trademark matters, including registration of trademarks and policing efforts to protect trademarks.  She has also counseled clients and lectured on intellectual property and liability issues related to the Internet.
