Mr. Baker’s practice involves all aspects of civil litigation with a focus on complex commercial litigation and real estate as well as other commercial areas.  He has had experience in contract disputes, business torts, unfair competition, antitrust, intellectual property, and condemnation.  Mr. Baker represents private and publicly traded companies, financial institutions, and individuals.
