Professional Experience

Ms. Lee advises a wide variety of clients in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, community health centers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, health plans, durable medical equipment suppliers, and pharmacy providers.  Her practice focuses on compliance with federal and state self-referral and anti-kickback laws, Medicare, TRICARE, and Medicaid coverage and billing requirements, Medicaid Drug Rebate Program reporting issues, and transactional matters involving healthcare entities.  She has also assisted clients in government audits and internal investigations, including issues arising under the Federal False Claims Act.

Previously, Ms. Lee was a litigation associate with Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett, where she worked on reinsurance, securities, and general commercial litigation and arbitration matters for financial institutions and insurance companies.
