Professional Experience
Mr. Hahm is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on a broad range of civil litigation and arbitration matters, including business torts, unfair competition (including Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code Section 17200, et seq.), antitrust, intellectual property, probate court litigation including will contests, and other complex commercial litigation. His substantial experience includes litigating matters in state and federal courts throughout the country at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Hahm is active in all phases of litigation disputes, including pre-litigation counseling, law and motion practice, complex discovery, and jury and bench trials. He currently represents technology and start-up clients in patent litigation matters pending in various federal courts. Mr. Hahm is an active member of the firm’s unfair competition and appellate practice groups.
