Ms. Abbas' practice focuses on intellectual property law with an emphasis in trademark prosecution and brand protection.  She has previous in-house experience with Levi Strauss & Co., assisting their legal department with trademark-related work.  She is also active in the pro bono community, having successfully prosecuted a political asylum claim on behalf of clients who fled from Afghanistan.
