Professional Experience
Ms. Yang’s practice encompasses a variety of real estate and business transactions, including acquisition, disposition, project due diligence, development and financing. In addition, she specializes in asset-based and mortgage financing with emphasis on origination of commercial mortgage loans.
Her work includes representing non-profit hospitals in municipal and healthcare financing transactions. Grace plays a significant role in healthcare financing transactions, including fixed and variable rate bond transactions and bank loans and lines of credit of over $1.5 billion.
She served as a judicial extern to Judge Thelton Henderson, United States District Court, Northern District of California, and Judge Curtis Collier, United States District Court, Eastern District of Tennessee.
