A Manatt team led by Financial Services Partner and Leader Craig Miller and Manatt Ventures Associate Catherine Larson successfully represented Iron Pillar, a venture growth investor backing companies building from India for the world, as the lead investor in Fold Health’s $6 million funding, bringing Fold Health’s total capital raised to $12 million. Fold Health is a healthcare operating system set up for reducing the amount of administration work performed by value-based providers. The platform integrates with electronic health records and allows its customers to use software tools to automate tasks.
