Professional Experience

Mr. Eppler is an associate in the firm’s Business, Finance and Tax division.   His practice centers on counseling emerging companies throughout their lifecycle, from formation through private debt and equity financings, mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, and periodic securities reporting.  He also represents investors in the formation of investment funds and in structuring investments.
