Mr. Thompson’s practice focuses on all aspects of real estate law. He handles a wide variety of real estate transactions, including transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, land exchanges, sale-leasebacks, leasing and lending. He also advises and assists clients with issues pertaining to the negotiation, structure and documentation of commercial and industrial property ownership, development, management and financing. Mr. Thompson also has experience with subdivision and condominium law, as well as land use, planning and zoning matters. He has worked on numerous subdivision projects involving residential, commercial, industrial and hospitality uses and has substantial experience preparing and negotiating governing documents and dealing with owners, developers, owner’s associations, the California Department of Real Estate, HUD and related agencies. |
