Professional Experience

Ms. Bohannon’s practice focuses on financial/banking, commercial and secured transactions.  She also counsels clients on all types of real estate matters, including commercial, industrial, and retail leasing, sales, acquisitions, financing, project due diligence, and development.

Ms. Bohannon specializes in complex lending transactions and structured finance representing banks, financial institutions, real estate developers, hospital and healthcare system institutionscorporations and technology and middle market companies. She regularly documents the origination, restructure and workout of loans for institutional lenders secured by all real estate product types and mixed collateral.  Ms. Bohannon advises clients on debt finance transactions, asset‐based lending, syndicatecredit transactions, participation agreements, intercreditor and subordination agreements, bridge financing, capital call lines, letters of credit, factoring, equipment lease financing, the application of revised UCC Article/Division 9, and perfecting security interests in collateral.

Ms. Bohannon also represents health systems, hospitals, specialty providers, and other entities engaged in healthcare on their acquisitions and dispositions of assets and real estate, and their public and private financings, including bond transactions, bank loans, and letters of credit.

Ms. Bohannon represents a wide variety of local, regional and multinational financial institutions and financial services companies, including commercial banks, mortgage banking companies, and commercial finance companies, venture capital firms and funds, Small Business Investment Companies licensed by the SBA (SBIC's), and a full range of nonfinancial institution corporate clients and individuals, from developers and closely held concerns to public companies.

Ms. Bohannon has practiced in Silicon Valley her entire career, and regularly supports clients of the firmʹs Northern California, Southern California and East Coast offices as well.
