Professional Experience

Ms. Bartow specializes in intellectual property matters, including complex litigation in copyright, trademark and trade dress infringement, dilution, unfair competition and false advertising cases. 

Ms. Bartow is active in pro bono matters, including successfully representing several clients in obtaining domestic violence restraining orders, with immigration matters, guardianship proceedings and with various projects for the National Center for Lesbian Rights.

Prior to joining Manatt, Ms. Bartow spent four years with Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker, LLP, focusing on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation and a year with litigation boutique Futterman and Dupree, LLP.
