    Katrina Breuner’s practice focuses on providing health law services to long-term care facilities, hospitals, home health agencies, healthcare systems, health-related service providers, physicians and advanced practice nursing trade associations.  Her practice specifically addresses survey and certification issues, medical staff relationships, quality assurance, patient care and consent, scope of practice issues, regulatory and licensing issues including fraud and abuse and other operational issues.

    Ms. Breuner is a registered nurse in California and Massachusetts.
