Professional Experience
Ms. Osaki is an experienced litigator in both state and federal courts. Her practice encompasses a wide range of litigation matters, including business, real estate, construction, and land use litigation arising out of the California Environmental Quality Act and California Planning and Zoning Laws.
Ms. Osaki has represented private and publicly held companies and individuals through all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation counseling, settlement negotiations, trial, and alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Osaki was in private practice with a national law firm. She has also served as a full-time judicial extern for a senior circuit judge in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
