Professional Experience
Ms. Kerry is an associate with the Healthcare practice in the San Francisco office. Her practice focuses on healthcare related corporate transactions, tax exempt bond financing and licensing and certification of medical facilities.
Prior to joining the Healthcare practice, Ms. Kerry was an associate in the Family Wealth Transfer Planning and Trust and Estate practice where she focused on drafting complex estate plans. She also advised tax exempt organizations in choice of entity and formation issues, federal and state tax exempt status issues and dissolution. In addition, she has experience representing entities in tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service and Franchise Tax Board.
