Professional Experience
Ms. Sutton is an associate in Manatt’s Advertising, Marketing & Media Division, resident in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. She advises clients on a broad range of legal and compliance issues surrounding the marketing of foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, drugs, and medical devices. Ms. Sutton works on matters involving the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), U.S. Department of Agriculture, and other federal and state agencies. She also has experience with disputes before the Council of Better Business Bureaus' National Advertising Division.
