Ms. Tang focuses her practice on consumer protection, e-commerce, and federal and multistate regulatory work. She counsels clients on compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements relating to advertising, marketing practices, privacy, and other regulatory issues affecting consumer marketing and sales. Ms. Tang also assists in representing clients before the Federal Trade Commission and in single or multistate enforcement actions by state Attorneys General. Additionally, Ms. Tang advises clients on bankruptcy-related matters, including creditors’ rights, commercial litigation, corporate reorganization, workout and liquidation matters. She has represented debtors, secured creditors, and official committees of unsecured creditors in Chapter 11 proceedings. Ms. Tang served as a law clerk for the Honorable Maureen A. Tighe of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Percy Anderson of the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the Honorable Ernest M. Hiroshige of the Los Angeles County Superior Court. |
