Lorie Lupkin is an associate in the Litigation Division in the New York office. She has experience advising and defending corporations and individuals in a variety of criminal matters,regulatory enforcement matters, and internal investigations. Ms. Lupkin also represents corporate clients in commercial civil litigation, and has provided pro bono representation to individual clients pursuing civil rights claims. U.S. Attorney’s Office and Immigration and Customs Enforcement investigation of a construction company’s hiring and employment practices
Parallel investigations by U.S. Attorney’s Office and the SEC related to insider trading
SEC investigations of a financial institution involving cyber-security and algorithmic trading
Representation of international bank in lawsuits and arbitrations that arose out of Ponzi scheme
Representation of individual in litigation related to Madoff fraud
