Professional Experience

Mr. Mayo’s practice focuses on a wide variety of business & transaction matters.  He represents both emerging companies and venture capital investors in private equity financings, mergers & acquisitions, strategic partnerships and general corporate matters.

In addition, Mr. Mayo has advised companies with respect to their compliance with the filing and disclosure requirements under the securities laws and regulations, and recent corporate governance legislation, including the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
