Mr. Wong’s practice focuses on corporate and securities matters, including venture capital and private equity fund formation and operation, venture capital investments, public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, and mergers and acquisitions. He also regularly advises clients on their corporate governance requirements, regulatory issues and SEC reporting and disclosure obligations. Mr. Wong performs services for a broad range of clients, from individual entrepreneurs to exchange-listed companies and the investors that fund them. Prior to joining Manatt, Mr. Wong earned an MBA and worked as an associate at an investment bank and as the Director of Marketing for a leading educational services firm. With the benefit of his diverse business background, Mr. Wong uses a pragmatic, problem-solving approach to legal issues to help his clients achieve superior business results. |
