Professional Experience
Mr. Yaghi’s practice focuses on consumer protection, e-commerce, and federal and multistate regulatory work. He assists in representing clients before the Federal Trade Commission and in single or multistate enforcement actions by state Attorneys General. Specifically, Mr. Yaghi represents consumer-centric clients involved in federal and state regulatory enforcement proceedings involving compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements relating to their advertising campaigns; promotional materials; marketing and sales practices; marketing through emerging media, including social networks and blogs; telemarketing campaigns; e-mail marketing; and other regulatory issues affecting consumer marketing and sales. In these proceedings, Mr. Yaghi negotiates with federal and state regulators regarding the scope of their investigations, discovery, confidentiality issues, and ultimate resolution.
