Margaret Levy to speak at ACI's ERISA Litigation Conference

On October 19, 2009 at 10:00 a.m., partner Margaret Levy will moderate a panel of in-house counsel from various insurers, including Prudential, MetLife, Chubb, ACE INA and UNUM at American Conference Institute's Premier Forum on Defending and Managing ERISA Litigation. The panel's topic is In-House Think Tank on Containing Costs, Preventing and Managing Litigation, & Using the Claims Review Process to Set Up, Control and Strengthen the Defense.

The conference is being held at The Helmsley Park Lane Hotel in New York City on October 19-20. Other speakers include 21 U.S. District Judges from around the country, as well as in-house lawyers from Boeing, Wachovia, Bristol-Myers Squibb, JCPenney, Wells Fargo and other major corporations, and outside counsel from across the United States.
