Professional Experience

Mr. Maire’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, public and private equity and debt transactions, commercial transactions, joint ventures, franchise-related matters, asset-based lending and other selected areas of financial services.  His industry expertise includes retail, restaurant chains, food service, telecommunications, Internet, manufacturing and healthcare clients.
