Professional Experience
Mr. Schwartz’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings, securities regulation, contract negotiation and other general corporate representation in a variety of industries. Additionally, he advises boards of directors on corporate governance matters and corporate structuring.
Previously, Mr. Schwartz worked at an international law firm in the corporate, finance and entertainment group.

sale of payments company to public gaming corporation
acquisition of public music publishing catalog
acquisition of Swiss patent holding company by a domestic public pharmaceutical company
sale of world’s third largest money transfer company to a public acquirer
registration of warrants of investors in phytochemical company
purchase of largest U.S. supplier of flooring by a private investor group
investment of venture funds in preferred stock of technology start-ups
reverse merger of biochemical company into a public shell corporation
