Professional Experience

Mr. Schwartz’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings, and other general corporate representation in a variety of industries.  Additionally, he advises boards of directors on corporate governance matters and corporate structuring.

Previously, Mr. Schwartz worked at an international law firm in the corporate, finance and entertainment group, where he assisted in the closing of a $45 million transaction on behalf of the purchaser, drafted bid letters and bylaws and conducted due diligence in several high-profile acquisitions, as well as helped oversee production, legal and international distribution of feature films.
