Seth Reagan is a litigation associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm’s Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property litigation. He has assisted multiple clients in the entertainment, music, and technology industries with securing and protecting their intellectual property rights and assets.
Mr. Reagan represents clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, in federal court, and in state court. He has experience in both trademark prosecution and enforcement. He has also authored numerous widely-read articles and newsletters on various legal topics, including intellectual property and sports law.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Reagan served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force and a volunteer in the U.S. Peace Corps.
