Professional Experience
Mr. Mayne’s highly diversified practice spans both complex commercial litigation and transactions. His extensive litigation experience includes antitrust, securities, shareholder disputes, broker-dealers, fiduciaries, probate and trust, and real estate. He is also experienced in counseling corporate boards and independent audit committees. Within transactional areas, he has worked on large asset acquisitions and divestitures, and private equity investments.
Mr. Mayne frequently serves as an arbitrator for California state courts. He also has been a frequent lecturer for various continuing education of the bar antitrust programs, including the Practicing Law Institute, and has served as a faculty member of the Hastings College of Trial Advocacy.
