Professional Experience

Mr. Yacoubian’s practice focuses on the representation of Governments in commercial transactions and international arbitrations with domestic and foreign investors and the representation of businesses in Government related matters and international transactions.

Mr. Yacoubian is active in matters related to telecommunications, aviation (airport and airline) and energy.

Special focus: Commonwealth of Independent States and the Middle East.

Mr. Yacoubian has served as the Executive Director of an international political organization’s Washington D.C. headquarters. In such capacity, he has been in charge of the organization’s relations with the Executive and Legislative branches of the U.S. Government. He has also interacted with the United Nations and the European Parliament.
