Before joining Manatt, Mr. Reich served as Senior Associate Counsel to President Bill Clinton, a position in which he supervised a team of lawyers and press personnel that responded to investigations of White House officials conducted by independent counsels, federal prosecutors and congressional committees. Mr. Reich also represented White House officials during depositions, grand jury proceedings and congressional testimony, and supervised the defense of civil litigation filed against the White House and its personnel.
Mr. Reich previously served as impeachment counsel to then-Senate Democratic Leader Tom Daschle and the Democratic Members of the United States Senate during the impeachment trial of President Clinton. Before that, he served as Deputy Chief Investigative Counsel to the Democratic Members of the House Judiciary Committee during the impeachment of President Clinton.
