Professional Experience

Mr. Fredman's practice involves general litigation.

Prior to joining Manatt, Mr. Fredman served as a full-time judicial extern for the Honorable A. Wallace Tashima, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He also served as Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review.

Prior to his law career, Mr. Fredman worked as a software developer and computer consultant in the areas of 3D graphic modeling, payment processing, and electronic commerce.

Attorneys-Matters

Reese v. Ticketmaster, et al. – Successfully defeated class certification against Ticketmaster and Entertainment Rewards in a nationwide, multimillion-dollar class action alleging fraud through defendants' online business.

Families for Justice v. Los Angeles Family Law Help Center, et al. –  Represented LAFLHC in its defense of a case alleging unfair business competition and interference with contract.  Succeeded in obtaining a dismissal of all claims.

Amisub of California, et al. v. Health Care Property Investors, et al. – Obtained favorable settlement for Southern California hospitals in a matter involving earthquake retrofitting.
