2014 Manatt Women's Initiative Summit

Hosted by the Manatt Women's Initiative, the Summit is designed for women who hold senior-level executive and in-house counsel positions. The event begins with an evening reception and dinner on Thursday, May 8, 2014, followed by a full-day program on Friday, May 9, 2014 at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows Resort.

This year's topic is "The Personal, Institutional and Political Barriers to Success: What They Are and How to Power Through Them." The summit will explore the cultural, political, institutional and personal barriers women face, and how to gain insight into meeting and overcoming those challenges.
