Hosted by the California Lawyers Association (CLA), he will be joined by California Supreme Court Justice Martin Jenkins, California Court of Appeal Justice Helen Bendix and DEI Expert Wendy Shiba. They will present on the Supreme Court and Appellate Court Bias Prevention Committee, established in March 2023 to support the integrity and impartiality of the judicial system and promote an appellate court environment free of bias and the appearance of bias.
