A Manatt team led by Entertainment Partner Monika Tashman represented Exceleration Music, in its acquisition of Redeye, a global digital and physical distribution and music services company. This marks Exceleration's largest acquisition to date and represents an expansion into distribution services, creating a new division within the company under the Redeye name. The acquisition also includes Redeye's in-house labels Yep Roc and Sundazed, along with its publishing company, Riff City Sounds.
