Barrie VanBrackle is co-chair of the Global Payments and Consumer Financial Services practice group and a member of the Financial Services and Banking practice. She practices in the payments transaction business, with an emphasis on electronic payments, banking, and payment card network regulatory and data security, as well as federal and state data privacy and security matters.
In addition, Ms. VanBrackle has extensive experience in corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, structurings and financings.
Ms. VanBrackle holds the AV (Preeminent) rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
