"Let others worry about the impact of a new U.S. Supreme Court justice on issues of race, marriage or bathroom access. I'd like to focus your attention on something closer to home, as it were: property rights - specifically, how Justice Antonin Scalia's property legacy will fare. To ease the suspense, I don't feel there is any need for concern. During the last 30 years, the Scalia viewpoint toward property rights protection has been adopted by most of the others and is so strongly embedded that it is unlikely to disappear."
