The Supreme Court of Sport Needs to Be Reformed

The Court of Arbitration for Sport, known colloquially as the Supreme Court of Sport, has recently made some important decisions affecting one of the largest countries in the world, Russia. Whether the court has the competence to make such decisions is a serious question, as is whether those decisions were made in an appropriate way. I would answer both questions ‘no,’ and I would add that, unless the court undergoes substantial reform, it risks losing all credibility.
