Eight Manatt Professionals Named to Law360’s 2021 Editorial Advisory Boards

Entertainment transactions and finance practice Leader Jordan Bromley was selected for the Media & Entertainment Editorial Advisory Board due to his work recognizing talented artists, individuals and companies; developing strategy to achieve their long-term success; and protecting their interests by rigorously negotiating and drafting the agreements that form the basis of their business relationships.

Manatt Entertainment Leader Lindsay Conner was also named to the Media & Entertainment Editorial Advisory Board because of his history serving as chief outside entertainment counsel for major film studios and television networks, global telecommunications companies, banks, and private equity funds for companies spanning the globe, from North America to Asia, Europe and Latin America.

Privacy and data security practice Co-Leader Scott Lashway was chosen for the Cybersecurity & Privacy Editorial Advisory Board for his work as go-to counsel for significant disputes and investigations.

Tax, employee benefits and executive compensation practice Leader Jeffrey Mannisto was selected for the Tax Authority Federal Editorial Advisory Board due to his experience handling corporate, partnership and individual income tax matters, including choice of entity considerations, mergers and acquisitions, transactional matters, including tax-deferred exchanges, incentive compensation, employment tax issues, tax ruling requests, and tax controversies.

Cannabis & CBD practice Leader Anita Famili was named to the Cannabis Editorial Advisory Board due to her history of successfully representing professional cannabis and CBD businesses—both public and private—on various structuring, financing and licensing matters, among other transactions.

Appellate Partner Benjamin Shatz was selected for the Appellate Editorial Advisory Board for his work representing clients in state and federal appellate courts.

Litigation Partner Prana Topper was chosen to be a member of the Trials Editorial Advisory Board for her extensive experience encompassing entertainment and complex business litigation, including representing clients in a wide range of matters, including contractual disputes, royalty claims, copyright law, business torts, employment matters, class actions and securities law.

Manatt Real Estate Partner Grace Winters was chosen for the Real Estate Editorial Advisory Board for her work representing investment fund managers, property owners, developers, capital providers, landlords, tenants and property managers in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, exchanges, development, ground leasing, commercial leasing, financing, construction and other transactions involving real property.
