The 2018 Intellectual Property Institute, hosted by the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, will bring together over 600 IP professionals. The Institute will gather national speakers and will host sophisticated discussions of emerging issues and best practices in copyright, patent and trademark law. The Institute features morning plenary sessions, a luncheon keynote address, afternoon breakout sessions and networking opportunities, including a networking breakfast for women in IP. Manatt is a sponsor of the event, which will take place March 20 in Santa Monica, California.
The planning committee for the program includes Manatt’s Yasser El-Gamal, partner and co-chair of the intellectual property practice; Larry LaPorte, partner in the intellectual property practice; and Shari Wollman, partner and chair of Manatt’s trademark and copyright litigation group.
