Negotiating TNH Specialty Pharmacy’s Sale to Diplomat

The Deal covered Manatt’s representation of TNH Advanced Specialty Pharmacy in its acquisition by Diplomat Pharmacy Inc., which was announced on April 28.

Earning $400 million in revenue in 2015, TNH delivers specialty medications to patients' homes and workplaces. Approximately 53% of its business focuses on oncology, with the remaining mix primarily consisting of treatments for hepatitis C and immunology. The $75 million deal brings a significant amount of revenue to Diplomat, the nation's largest independent specialty pharmacy, and expands its presence in Texas and California
