Manatt’s Jack Quinn, a partner in the firm’s government and regulatory practice, was interviewed by CNN about the death of Saudi Arabian journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
The news segment discussed the CIA’s conclusions that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman was central to the killing of Khashoggi. Quinn examined the issue and the White House’s stance on it.
“When the CIA says they have a high degree of confidence that these are the facts, that is CIA speak for saying they’re absolutely certain this is what happened and that [Mohammed bin Salman] ordered this,” said Quinn.
