Moustafa Badreldin is an advertising, marketing and media attorney in the firm’s New York office. He advises on regulatory and transactional matters related to advertising, digital media and emerging media.
Prior to joining Manatt, Moustafa worked as an associate director for MediaCom Worldwide LLC, a global media and advertising company, where he led the legal and commercial relationship for several large global accounts and managed global contract involvement. Before that, he practiced in a New York firm, where he reviewed marketing materials to ensure compliance with FTC, FDA, FINRA and FCC requirements, National Advertising Division (NAD) decisions and related regulations and compliance requirements.
Moustafa has reviewed and negotiated master service agreements and a variety of third party vendor agreements on behalf of clients, including: (i) technology, licensing and social media agreements and (ii) sponsorship, partnership, and product placement agreements.
