Before joining Manatt, he led a cross-functional team of over 50 people, as director of operations for a solar energy solutions company, where he implemented Operations 2.0 playbook for digitizing labor cost analysis, project management and procurement processes, while also developing a data dashboard to monitor, analyze and manage key productivity and cost metrics. Skip has also spent several years in the film, television and music industries as a strategy and marketing consultant for a major record label and a major film studio.
