October 13, 2013 - TIME quoted Manatt's Joel Ario, a managing director with Manatt Health Solutions, for a print edition article on the glitches that have prevented people from purchasing plans on the federal health insurance exchange.
TIME reports that since the launch of the federal exchange, millions of Americans have visited the site but have been unable to acquire coverage due to technical glitches. Americans must sign up for coverage by December 15 to have a plan that begins January 1.
"By November, the sites have to be able to handle major traffic," said Ario.
