Daniel Abram leverages over ten years of legal and consulting experience in the corporate and real estate world, providing clients integrated, strategic advice on property sales, leasing, developments and investment opportunities. He advises and represents a full spectrum of property owners, developers, tenants, lenders and investors in a variety of real estate sectors, such as retail, office, hospitality, aviation and multifamily.
Daniel comes to Manatt from a leading commercial real estate investment firm, where he advised buyers and sellers in multifamily investment and other brokerage transactions. He has an extensive legal background in both real estate and corporate law and previously served as corporate counsel for a cutting-edge mobile technology startup as well as a Fortune 500 global energy company. Daniel was also previously a member of the real estate M&A team for Goldman Sachs, where he helped analyze and structure real estate transactions using complex financial models.
Daniel is also the Director of Manatt Real Estate Advisors, Inc., the firm’s recently launched real estate brokerage affiliate. Manatt Real Estate Advisors provides a diverse suite of services, including sell-side and buy-side representation, leasing representation, and asset analysis and valuation.
