Mann Quoted in InsideHealthPolicy on CMS’s Decision to Revoke State’s Work Requirements

CMS Revokes Arizona, Indiana Work Requirements
– InsideHealthPolicy

Manatt Health Partner Cindy Mann is quoted in InsideHealthPolicy on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) action to quash Medicaid work requirement demonstrations in Arizona and Indiana, continuing the administration’s policy of irrigating out such requirements from the Medicaid program.
