Professional Background

I help emerging and established companies navigate everything from routine employment questions to major class action and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) litigation. Focusing on all aspects of employment law and related litigation, I work with clients across a diverse group of industries, including entertainment, financial services, healthcare, transportation, insurance, manufacturing, the service industry and nonprofits. I represent companies in state and federal courts as well as in proceedings before state and federal agencies, and I have extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution.

In addition to my litigation practice, I am a trusted advisor to many of my clients on a variety of employment, personnel management and operational issues. I also handle crisis management, provide management trainings on a wide array of employment-related subjects such as sexual harassment and discrimination prevention, and draft employment contracts, policies and agreements.
